Refund Policy

  • Services: Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are only processed under exceptional circumstances, such as:
    • Failure to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work.
    • Errors in billing or duplicate charges.
  • Products: Refunds for digital products (e.g., tools, software) are not applicable once accessed or downloaded.

Cancellation Policy

  • Service agreements can be canceled by either party with prior written notice.
  • Any advance payments made are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.

Refund Requests

To request a refund, email us at Support@groarz.com with your payment details and a reason for the request. All requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.

Disputes

For unresolved issues, disputes will be addressed as per applicable laws in Tamil Nadu, India.
